Playing with the fear that grows in bugs
It brings out all of our inner thugs
Playing with your shoehorned sympathy
There’s a false dichotomy
Now we’re moving on so step on my head
Like my early morning bed
Now we’re moving on so step on my head
Anything within me will blow-up
Is this the death you’re dreaming of
Four wall years disguise your golden tears
Keeping soul in your eyes
And building tooth castles in my mind
My glass vision leaks tears again
In a no name circus tent
With a red square with a white picket fence
Now we’re moving on so step on my bed
So tell me what have you read
Now we’re moving on so step on my head
Anything within me will blow-up
Is this the death you’re dreaming of
Anything within me will blow-up
Is this the death you’re dreaming of

Sharing a name with Michaelangelo Antonioni’s 1966 swinging London film, Don’t Get Lemon’s “Blow-Up” glimpses into the unseen dark. Lyrics partially pieced together borrowing from William Burroughs cut-up technique and images inspired by David Lynch’s “Blue Velvet”, direct sweet melodies that reanalyze the 3 minute pop song.

Hailing from Boston since their debut EP in 2021, True Faith's sound is at its very core classic post-punk and coldwave. However, their single In Vain is a picture book example of their innovative spirit, with the melancholic piano melody accompanying the driven foundation and juxtaposing Travis Benson’s brash vocals. And when the saxophone starts dancing, In Vain becomes ungodly great. Negative White
Along the Wind Spear is a mystical journey of atmospheric melodies that float in a coat of nostalgic sheen. It is poetry via found 70's summer camp polaroids via distorted washes of detuned synths. Although not a Boards Of Canada copyist, Survey Channel is the kind of artist you want to seek out while BoC takes another ten years to come up with a follow up album. fran3000
